Please find below the Job Description:  - The incumbent will be responsible to maintain the books of accounts of the company and its funds under management.  Key Accountability:  - Prepare and/or review the maintenance of the books of accounts, and financial statements on a regular basis for the Domestic and International Fund, SPV’s being managed by the Investment Manager;  - Co-ordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials, to the Tax Teams, for the yearly/quarterly tax filings/intimations to the Investors of various funds managed by the Investment manager;  Monitor, analyze, and report on profitability, NAV to investors and management;  - To co ordinate fair valuation of the entire portfolio of unlisted stock in coordination with the investment team and auditors.  - Responsible for the preparation and filing of regulatory reports under Income Tax Act, SEBI, RBI, Companies Act etc.,  - Responsible for coordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit  - Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.  - Preparation of capital calls and distributions; Monitor payments and verify and control the accounting entries;   - Assist the CFO for Investor Reporting of various funds   Other Skills: Software programs, Excel Exposure to Accounting Packages like Tally, Working in ERP Environment, Expert knowledge of Excel;  Type of Experience: E.g. retail sales, Market research etc.  Essential: Expert knowledge of accounting standards - Indian GAAP, IFRS  - Knowledge of compliances under various Indian statutes like Income Tax Act, Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI etc.,  - Positive attitude, articulate and good inter-personal skills.   Desirable: Ability to manage and work in a challenging environment.  - Understanding of the valuation principles   Competencies: Skills including personal attributes	  - Excellent communication & presentation skills, analytical skills, ability to learn, result oriented  Education: CA (from batch 2000 - 2002 onwards)  Kindly apply if you have relevant education qualification and experience.
