VP - Finance & Accounts (CFO)
Dynamic Finance head who will lead the finance & accounts team, automate processes and work closely with other senior leaders & co founders of the company.
Managing the Finance & Accounting of the company with special focus on efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls.
Ensure Accurate and timely Accounting by the team
Verify financial transactions and related reconciliations
Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and filing relevant returns, dealing with external and internal stake holders for processing the transactions.
Verify all the transactions (bank /cash /journal vouchers) and Bank Reconciliations, vendor reconciliations etc.
Maintain various income, expense, asset and liability related schedules, finalization of accounts.
Ensure timely information and MIS is provided for all external and internal stakeholders.
Collate, prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
Do strategic analysis and assist in strategic planning.
Prepare and present long-term business plans.
Do research in pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance.
Control income, cash flow and expenditure.
Manage budgets and carry out business modelling and risk assessments.
Develop and manage financial systems/models.
Desired profile:
CA/CS with 7-10 years of hands on experience in managing company finances.
Experienced in evaluating and implementing sound Financial & Management Reporting Systems.
Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
Has collaborative and flexible working style.
Hands-on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Must have people management skills.
