Job responsibilities:
- Executing and managing the business control and financial accounting processes for a number of entities / SPEs.
- Working with various departments to support the Front Office in implementing new business transactions.
- Preparing the statutory accounts, monthly financial summaries, governance packs and presenting in the governance calls.
Required skills :
- Post qualification experience of 10 years in preparation of financial accounting and reporting.
- Working experience in US GAAP / IFRS.
- Professional experiences working with big 4 or Investment banks are preferable.
