VP - F&A Operations  Preference would be to hire someone having Experience of 15+Years managed large teams of 150+ FTEs into F&A (RTR PTP OTC) and from BPO Operations or heading Shared Services Center.  Experience Required :  - Bachelor's degree required. CA/MBA will be preferred  - Should have an overall experience of at least 15 years, preferably at least 5 years in the business process industry  - We are looking for a strong pedigree in education and professional experience  - Should have excellent understanding and experience in end to end accounting process  - Should have managed large sized F&A operations cutting across multiple towers (Accounts Payables, Record to Report, Order to Cash)   Roles & Responsibilities :  - This is an operations leader position in finance and accounting space.   - Manage the delivery of outsourced services to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell  - Collaborate and work globally with other Internal business leaders and functional leaders to create & commercialize existing and new product offerings  - Take the lead in introducing breakthrough technology solutions into operations  - Manage the operations to achieve/exceed P&L expectations  - Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement  - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.   - Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization
