As Communications Expert, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of external and internal communications strategy in India, covering both of our Bangalore and Mumbai offices. Based in Bangalore, you will help strengthen our employer brand to help attract and retain talent in India, especially for our rapidly expanding operation in Bangalore. This includes formulating and implementing external communication strategy for both universities as well as professional forums engagement. You will also raise our brand visibility in India, drive effective PR activities to support our business and foster employee engagement through internal and leadership communications. In addition, you will work closely with the location management team as well as other Global Services locations to meet the communication needs and ensure consistency with broader divisional communications.   The opportunity  In this position, you will:  Branding and PR (primary responsibilities): External communication  - Manage and promote Company's brand in India, covering both Bangalore and Mumbai offices  - Develop employer brand messaging aligned with company's Employee Value Proposition   - Raise employer's brand visibility through targeted channels  - Drive marketing communications plans and initiatives to support business growth agenda  - Position companlatforms/forums and develop a sustainable stakeholder engagement plan  - Develop and execute traditional and social media strategy and plans  - Protect company''s reputation and proactively manage any potential issues/crises   - Act as brand consultant to ensure compliance with brand guidelines  - Ensure budgets and KPIs are set, met and evaluated  Internal communications (additional responsibilities)  - Act as a true consultant providing solutions to meet location communication needs  - Partner with the location management team to enhance quality of internal communications  - Develop and implement internal communication strategy, plans and activities  - Provide communication support for transformational initiatives, leadership messages, townhalls, Ourspace and events, working together with the local staff committees  - Develop and implement internal communications metrics  About you  You have  - A Bachelor degree /masters degree  - Minimum of 8-10 years experience in branding, PR and/or events  - Working experience in India, preferably with a multinational company, Global approach  - Looking from ITES, BFSI  - Deep cross-cultural understanding  - Experience in working with colleagues in Europe, Asia and the Americas  - Practice in Global Services Offices, financial services or B2B as an advantage  - Ability to effectively deploy various channels/tools  - A creative mindset  - Excellent MS Office skills  - Social media knowledge and skills  - Strong planning/project management capability  - A healthy level of attention to details  - Excellent oral and written command of English   - Local knowledge of key agencies, groups and associations in India  You are  - Confident in consulting internal clients  - At ease to liaise at all hierarchical levels  - Able to deal with stakeholders decisively   - A collaborative, engaging, positive team player  - A results-driven, 'can-do', self-starter personality  - A fast learner  - Able to grasp complex processes and projects  - Client-, service- and solution-minded   - Committed to high quality, also under pressure  - Energetic, diplomatic, flexible  - Proactive, confident, with high integrity
