VP - Engineering - Waste Water Industry (15-30 yrs)
Responsible for developing suitable products and solutions in the water and waster water industry including improving operating efficiency of the existing systems.
Provide adequate support to the service/maintenance and business development teams of the Company.
Develop and implement the overall product cum technology strategy (next 5 years) for the company
Design and develop water purification plants of different flow rates and re mediation capabilities
Continuously improve the operational efficiency and optimize cost of O&M of the company.
Identify natural and related areas for diversification for the Company's current product offering.
Ensure that the company is compliant to all environmental laws, regulations, other standards, as applicable
Research and internalize innovations and global best practices from water industry into the company
Develop a skilled, productive and effective team for the company
