VP - Electronic Trading (12-14 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Grow and build out various capabilities so as to expand Global Equities support practice in India to complement the activities of the current team across regions.

- Provide guidance and develop the offshore teams - Electronic Trading capability to support the enterprise needs

- Liaising and building relationships with senior management globally to build the capabilities

- Interface with various Line of Businesses and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

- Report periodically for various initiatives/projects from different Lines of Businesses, Compliance and Operational Risk teams

- Communicate complex concepts and the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner

- Hiring, on-boarding, training and managing of the employees

Requirements:

- Strong academic background i.e. MBA (Finance) from top tier institute combined with Technology background with relevant certifications

- Minimum 12 years of experience in relevant industry of which 7-8 should be in electronic trading / global equities domain. Algo Development, Quantitative Modeling, Program Trading

- Proficiency with tools, frameworks and business / technology trends relevant to Equities Electronic Trading

- Strong Analytics background to support Transactional cost Analysis (TCA), Trading execution optimization, alpha maximization, and Trade execution advisory
