VP/Director - Product Management - Online/Internet

We have and opening for VP/ Director Product management with one of Leading Online Company in Delhi

As the VP/Director of Product, you'll be responsible for developing the product vision and strategy and managing the entire product life cycle to create exceptional experiences for our community of customers. You'll work closely with design and engineering on a day-to-day basis, and interact with all business units throughout the course of a project.

Must Haves :

Years of experience : 6 -12 years

- Make critical strategic recommendations that reflect solid depth of knowledge that will translate into concrete product objectives

- Develop the product vision for the syndication network, destination website, PC, Tablet and mobile platforms

- Drive entire product life cycle from inception to deployment with design and engineering teams, in collaboration with business teams

- Utilize data to quickly develop hypothesis, define experiments to make clear decisions

- Define methods for quantifying success and failure to ensure that the team has clear ability to understand and articulate its objectives

- Build, manage and mentor a team of product managers and designers to deliver efficient, high quality innovative products

- Responsible for the success of product from ideation to delivery

Requirements :

- Ability to plan, drive and execute go to market strategies from inception to launch

- Understanding of online video, advertising products, digital media, content syndication or related products

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consensus building skills

- Strong quantitative/statistics skills to support data-driven decision making.
