Qualification: University degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. CA / MBA / CFA qualifications is a plus

Experience: 8-12 years in corporate finance function with at least 5 years managerial experience in a top tier investment bank or consulting company in India

Job responsibilities:

- Originate new business directly and through intermediaries.

- Analyse and execute transactions and take a lead role in production of related analysis and documentation. Ability to structure deals.

- Manage and perform financing mandates in corporate finance, project finance and private placement and investment advisory services including pre-IPO financing

- Guide, manage and perform buy/sell side M&A, distressed M&A and restructuring

Requirements

- Extensive deal sheet

- Excellent business development skills, well-networked with the Medium scale enterprises.

- Knowledge of investment banking, valuation, risk management, negotiation, managerial skills and multi-tasking abilities

- Strong client staff and relationship management skills

- Strong /proven management capability
