One of the Leading Business Houses, a 60,000 CR group in to diversified business arms looking for :   Job Title : VP - DESIGN and ARCHITECTURE   Location : Mumbai  Reporting to: MD   Brief Purpose of this role :  - Extensive work experience in all aspects of architectural practice including Schematics, Presentations, Resource Management, Estimation, Specifications, Code Analysis and Jurisdictional Approvals, Design and Construction Management.  Major Responsibilities :  - Preparing design brief for the project.  - Short listing & appointment of all necessary consultants for the project.  - Preparing consultancy agreements for all the consultants.  - Concept Design of Master Layouts, Residential Sale Buildings & Rehab.  - Reviewing Architectural & Structural design to achieve the design intent.  - Coordinating with Principal architect & Liasoning architect for the project.  - Coordinating with Design, Structural, Services, Fa- ade, Lighting, Landscape, signage consultants.  - Reviewing all the Municipal Proposals.  - Reviewing Structural and Architectural Drawings and Designs to ensure Value Engineering is a continuous process throughout the life cycle of the Project.   - Working out the various constants to review the architectural as well as structural design in accordance with the norms.  - Coordinating & studying the various aspects for Green bldg & to achieve LEED Certification.  - Preparing Phase programs, feasibility land use plans, Master planning.  - Coordinating with all the internal departments for various decisions required on the project.  - Working in conjunction with the Marketing/Sales team for enhancing, capturing the best features to target sales of the project.  - Preparing flow charts to assess Project status progress.  - Reviewing the contracts & accordingly certify the payments.  - Monitoring the project on site & all the necessary follow-ups.  Educational Qualification Needed :  - B Arch  - M Arch  Poonam A
