VP - Debt Syndication & Fund Raising - BD (13-19 yrs)
Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA / MBA with 13+years experience in Debt Syndication & fund raising
- Must possess excellent relations with PSU Banks / Pvt Banks / Infra NBFCs / Insurance Companies / Debt FII at senior levels viz., GMs / EDs / Head Credits / CIOs. Acknowledged by market players as a key participant with strong recall value
- Proven experience in Business Development for Debt Syndication
- Strong track record of successful debt raising / downselling for large scale infra projects
- Prior experience of project appraisal, financial modelling, deep understanding of Concession Agreements in various infra sectors and understanding of legal documents in Rupee Debt
- Exposure to debt restructuring, managing CDR process and Corporate debt raising activities like working capital, ECBs etc
- Supervision of preparation of business plan, financial modeling, project structuring, conducting project due diligence, comprehensive report writing by junior colleagues
- Highly competent in business analysis and proficient with complex financial models in infrastructure sector
Key Accountability:
- Build, preserve and manage critical lenders / investors relationships
- Actively assist Head - Distribution in achieving business target P&L.
