About our Client - Our client is a reputed MNC bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking experienced Custody Operations professionals for their Securities Services business.

Job Description - As VP - Custody Operations reporting into Head of Securities Services Operations you will be responsible for :

- Understand and apply Business strategies and objectives to the Operations unit

- Liaise with the other functions to ensure effective and seamless delivery of processes

- Ensure effective operational delivery across product and business lines

- Validate, monitor & measure the efficiency and effectiveness of own end-to-end Operations processes

- Work within budgetary targets set by management, participate in and feed information into the budgetary process

- Manage, develop and empower own resources to deliver excellence in Operations in a matrix organisation

- Ensure that the processes are in line with all internal and external policies/guidelines and requirements of the regulators/markets

The Successful Candidate

- You will be a CA or MBA with at least 10 years of experience in Custodian/Security market intermediary primarily in Corporate Actions, Clearing, Settlements and Instructions.

- You will have proven expertise in relationship management & driving multiple projects in India Custody Operations. Additionally, you will have exceptional communication skills and leadership experience.
