Education - CA/ MBA from Premier Institutions

Salary - 45 to 50 lakhs

Location - Mumbai

Level - VP

Required Experience/Skills:

1.Overall experience 10 years+ preferably in financial services industry

2.Credit relevant work experience (7 years +) within the corporate financial services industry e.g. Credit Research/ Credit Ratings role in another Bank/Rating Agencies, etc

3.Strong analytical skills, knowledge of global financial markets and economic/industry trends

4.Preferably strong accounting background, knowledge of financial ratios, financial statement analysis

5.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language could be an advantage)

6.Must be a self-starter, pro-active in bringing new ideas and solutions to the table

7.Prior experience in handling teams – preferably at AVP/ VP grade in current role

8.Demonstrate ability to manage own time effectively, multi-task, quickly absorb ideas and facts while maintaining a keen eye for detail

9.Excellent organizational and administration skills

Primary responsibilities include:

1.Leading a team of Sr. Analysts/ Managers to manage counterparty credit risk assessment

2.Manage a dynamic international portfolio comprising of corporates, financial institutions and non-bank FI’s

3.Ensure quality control over financial analysis (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, notes to accounts and evaluation of financial ratios)

4.Ensure quality and accuracy of financial spreads, market data, peer analysis and cash flow models/forecasts

5.On-going monitoring & surveillance of assigned international portfolio, including rating changes, market/industry development, news events etc.

6.Facilitate development of industry / country expertise as relevant to assigned international portfolio

7.Manage projects within agreed timelines

8.Motivate the team and foster team spirit within the group – undertake staff development strategy and ensure the smooth integration of new joiners into the group

9.Ensure discipline and at the same time create an environment of learning and responsibility
