One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  VP-Compliance review  Basic Job Purpose:  - The job entails risk based reviews of regulatory circulars / guidelines issued by RBI/ SEBI and other regulators and engage with leadership team members and their key management team members in all businesses impacted by the circulars in the process and verify existing controls and introduce change in policy, process wherever the issues make it necessary to change extant process/policy.  - To perform risk based reviews of Regulatory guideline implementation and adherence to relevant bank policies laid down for fulfilling regulatory guidelines across banking functions/ products/ sectors and across all other units in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.   - Compliance Testing aims at enhancing performing independent testing of controls across businesses and legal vehicles in bank to test for the effectiveness of these controls and implementation standards for regulatory guidelines.   - The candidate is expected to plan, perform, lead a team of reviewers on an end to end basis, and engage with senior members of the management teams in businesses, product and global functions, identify control weaknesses or incorrect interpretation of guidelines in bank process and policy, collaborate corrective action plans with the business and product compliance teams, prepare the reports for issuance to country and regional / global audience and finally track, monitor and work closely with the business teams to complete the actionable timely and ensure strong implementation of the regulatory guidelines.   Education & Experience:  - CA/MBA from premier institutes with 8-12 yrs of relevant experience.  - Exposure to performing and managing/leading risk based reviews in leading banks / FIs, internal audit experience, work experience in product compliance, Product, In-business control experience in Bank/ NBFC/ Markets environment.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
