Job Specifications :
- Overseeing Corporate Secretarial activities and ensuring the secretarial compliances in the AMC
- Handling work relating to the board and committee meetings
- Member of various committees viz. Investment review committee, Risk Review Committee, Valuation Committee and Prevention of Anti Money Laundering Committee
- Advice business on various compliance queries including franchise risk.
- Ensuring implementation of new regulatory requirements of capital market intermediaries
- Coordinating and facilitating for various Audits and reviewing the status of the actions points arising out of these audits
- Effective oversight to ensure that the periodical reports are filed with Regulatory authorities
- Responsible for managing the regulatory relationship
Experience / Qualifications :
- Law and CS degree with atleast 8-10 years experience in AMC
