Currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the role of VP Compensation & Benefits. Mentioned below is the brief spec for the requirement

Location : Bangalore

- Drive implementation of relevant global standards in all countries for reward and analytics eg pay banding, use of salary surveys, budget management, relevant reporting structures and data field requirements to deliver global reporting and analysis

- Proactively manage relationship with HRO for all reward, reporting and analytics services delivered and as required, share your subject matter expertise to coach and facilitate the development of relevant HRO capability for the above areas

- Group interface for BPO on all reward and reporting requirements – feeding BPO requirements into Group policy and processes. Also ensuring alignment of our tools with Group and ensuring the HR community is aware of Group policy changes and any impact it will have on us

- Be an active member of the Group HR C&B network and create strong links with the country compensation and payroll teams in countries where we have small populations to ensure compensation management works effectively eg on-shore Europe

- Engage with HR Directors to shape best practice and creative strategies to support business needs on reward and analytics eg aiding retention or driving behaviours in certain roles/grades or providing relevant dashboards to support informed decision making

- Create and roll out global process timetables ensuring HRO are aware and able to implement delivery of annual pay budgeting, pay review, bonus and reporting requirements

- Delivery of analysis on a number of regular reports - Group and BPO dashboards, pyramid reporting, average remuneration cost movement and location/hot-spot analysis,

- Ownership of all BPO VP compensation processes for pay and bonus

- Be accountable for the compensation aspects of rebadging/transition

- Develop strong relationship with Finance team to ensure HR and finance are linked on key data and processes incl. accruals, cost impact of pay budgets, pyramid reporting, data integrity
