Urgent opening for-VP channel sales ,for a leading real estate company.

Exp - 15+ (Minimum 7Yrs of ex. in Real estate only) Yrs

Location: Noida

CTC : Up to 45 Lacs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain communication with the various Distributors/Dealers to ensure adequate understanding of events and occurrences within the retail and service side of the business.

- Provide a Guide for each Distributor that outlines their primary obligations and economic terms. This guide will also include standard Marketing tools and collateral materials to enhance and complement the Distributors in their day-to-day selling.

- Develop Business Opportunity Status Report decks and administer client business reviews.

- Review and distribute monthly transaction and invoice reporting as contractually required for each client. Provide month end data to Accounting for invoice preparation and delivery, and assist in the collection of past-due invoices as needed.

- Become familiar with each Distributor's contract and ensure the appropriate fees are included on invoicing.

- Construct and deliver Distributor related activity reports and presentations to management as necessary.

- Act as primary contact within the organization for Distributor questions from other departments.

- Plan and coordinate an annual Dealer Conference to share best practices and update the Distributors on the Company's strategic direction and product roadmap
