Urgent opening for-VP channel sales , for a leading real estate company.

Exp - 15+ Yrs

Location: Noida

CTC : Up to 45 Lacs.

Role:

- Indirect Sales Responsibility of projects in NOIDA, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut and Moradabad.

- Product Mix, Pricing and Sale Planning for the Upcoming Projects.

- Channel Sales Management and Broker Relationship Management .

- Team Handling

- Finalization of Quarterly Budget and Fixing the sales Target according to the Fund Flow Requirement.

- Coordinating with Media Department for Advertisement Campaign and activities with various media agencies ie. Outdoor, print and electronic.

- Preparing Bulk Booking Offer as per clients needs both corporate and individual.

- Development of new Broker Network.

- Meeting the new corporate for the sale of Residential Apartments.

- Retaining cordial relationship with the existing clients for reference Bookings
