Reporting into Program Management Head

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

- Directly responsible for the day to day management of large scale, high level, complex projects within various COE’s like Trade, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking etc

- Drive transformation projects and programmes from inception through to benefits realisation

- Direct control over the planning and delivery of consulting projects

- Manage Stakeholders at CXO levels

- Deliver strategic business benefits to Group Businesses and support functions through successful project / programme delivery

Skills/Experience Required

- A Graduate or Post-graduate in Technology / Computer Sciences and a Business Degree with 4-5 years of experience in managing complex projects and programmes and 13-15 years of overall experience

- PMI certification is preferred but not essential

- Strong understanding of Operations and Finance processes

- Demonstrated ability to create and drive large-scale projects

- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools

- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners

- Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure to poorly-defined problems

- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative, technical solutions.

- Ability to manage relationships at senior management levels
