Job Description - Reporting to the Director, your major responsibilities would be two-fold :

- Management and Collaboration Acts as a role model, visibly and consistently behaving in ways that reinforce culture, encouraging others to do the same and challenging staff and colleagues who don't

- Active participation in all leadership teams (BE Finance, BBS Finance etc.) as part of each Business Unit's - virtual team-

- Support the Process VP and Director with ongoing development and performance management of team

- Lead on team performance metrics and MI continually reviewing service and performance by way of performance management processes e.g. reviews appraisals and regular meetings

- Business Performance Management Responsible for ensuring all commentary and analysis prepared by the AVP Relationship Managers is clear, concise & fit for purpose, providing coaching support where needed

- Influence stakeholders through excellent communication of information, presentation and recommendation of appropriate solutions

- Monitor, analyze, interpret and communicate performance data that provides CFO and Exco the business confidence in the information

- Lead day-to-day relationships and stakeholder management providing complex information to senior stakeholders that enables them to make key business decisions

- Build strong relationships with the business, clusters, Group Finance and Functions to gain business insights and its financial performance

The Successful Candidate :

- You are a Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with 10-13 years post qualification experience and currently titled as market-equivalent VP.

- Around 2 years of VP level experience in a large/complex financial services firm would be required. Prior experience in areas of BP&A, MIS reporting, internal reporting would be the right skill-set fitment.

- Candidates from a financial services or a highly transaction related work environment would be highly preferred. It is imperative that the individual has sound financial management/analysis perspective along with a high degree of relationship management and strong communication ability.

- A proven record of success would include the ability to synthesize large amounts of data & explain its financial implications.

- The candidate needs to be solution-oriented with high degree of interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management skills.

- The individual needs to be flexible to working in shift timings.
