VP - Business Development ( B2B/ Corporate Sales ) @ New Delhi/ Mumbai, India  Our client is looking for strong corporate sales candidates to fill the following position at Delhi or Mumbai depending on candidate location.  Position : VP - Business Development ( B2B/ Corporate Sales )  Education : MBA ( Pedigree education preferred )  Experience : 15 - 20 years in corporate sales  Location : New Delhi or Mumbai ( location flexible depending on where the candidate is based )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience. Your current CTC should be upwards of 35L ( with at least 28 - 30 L fixed ).  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate will sell company's Services by implementing national sales plans, supervising Divisional business development leads. He/ she would be responsible for the gross billing, recurring sales revenue, cumulative sales revenue target nationally through new prospects as well as existing accounts.   - Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies designed to gain new business. Put into practice a plan for consistent follow-up in order to maintain ongoing relationships with all clients.   - Demonstrate strong ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. This is a National role handling 60+ strong corporate sales force spread across multiple regional offices. Incumbent should be coming from similar corporate sales background. Candidate should come from a highly competitive sales environment - SAS companies, Ad sales, IT solutions, staffing companies, job portals, to name a few. In fact industry domain is open as long as it involves highly competitive corporate sales.  - Develop high level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COO's and Senior executives while concurrently establishing a web of influence at the tactical/operational levels of an organization. Develop people talent/leadership through effective coaching and mentoring.   - Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet client expectation at a regularly basis. Prepare Sales plan based on market potential and trends. Meeting sales goals, Negotiation, Selling to customer needs, Motivation for sales, Sales planning, Building relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Developing Budgets, Staffing.  - Should have served 15 - 20 years in corporate sales preferably in pedigree organizations with a recurring revenue cycle from customers.   - Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment. Adept in handling a team of high caliber sales professionals. High on learnability. Retail sales exposure will not qualify. Last 2 roles should be at National corporate/ B2B sales level (handling 1 or 2 regions will not qualify).   - Should be currently employed and handling sales team of 50+ people at National level. Should have had a stable and successful sales career.
