VP-Business Analysis- Leading Investment Bank  - Specifically, this position involves supporting the delivery of Technology Finance and Business Management  Executive reporting and managing key metrics for the organization. Additionally, the position will also be responsible for  - Financial and expense management, vendor management, headcount tracking and program and portfolio management. Some of these initiatives are strategically aligned to the overall firm-wide GT Drive initiative, forming the core of the technology roadmap.  - Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiencies in how we operate  - During implementation responsible for tracking progress, escalating issues, risks and challenges  - Ensure adherence of proper governance is established for the project and processes  - Perform analysis to review controls and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies / effectiveness across   - 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a program management office and delivery management function  - Ideal experience/background in technology and/or operations - i.e. operating procedures, operating model design, strategy  - Experience on global projects or process/control improvements  - Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced at managing a cross line of business plan, including cross dependencies  - Proficiency in Reporting/BI Tools like Qlikview would be an added advantage  - Proven ability to make concise and effective presentations  - Established track record of project delivery in a complex environment  - Strong analytical, structured approach to problem solving  - Strong people and organizational management skills
