We are looking for an experienced VP Brand Marketing to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives within an organization. Works to develop areas such as Product management, product development, distribution channel management, marketing communications, including advertising and promotions, pricing, market research, and customer service.

Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team.

Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.

Oversee the development of new products.

Create product road-map.

Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives

Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation

Should have experience in handling Team PAN India

End to End execution of ATL BTL marketing campaigns, including conceptualization, idealization, road show, events & other innovative forms of consumer engagement in various touch points

Should be able to analyse & measure the effectiveness of each campaigns.

Ideate and implement lead generation campaigns and strategies to drive sales & ROI

The incumbent will provide inputs into overall business strategy and make recommendations on brand vision while being responsible for top-line, advertising & promotions budget management.

Strategic & Product Marketing : Define and curate the brand. Lay down guidelines and cascade the brand position across internal and external audience

Activation & Below the line support: Directionally lead Development and execution of brand & sales driven activation ideas and special initiatives(festive calendar, co-branded associations, retail tie-ups etc)

Team Engagement & People Management: Be the focal point to ensure smooth flow of work between internal audience and external constituents internal and external audience

Organization Specific Initiatives: Ensure that the vision and mission philosophy percolates across organization (beyond own team).

Product Sourcing : Manages commercial and supplier aspects of product development and sourcing products. Works with team members on conducting general market research in various categories as well as research into potential suppliers, product specifications and resources.

Plans, directs the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.

Manages new product launching, consulting and the product approval processes. Identifies and cultivates new business relationships related to products and product development services
