VP - Banking Operations - BPO (10-20 yrs)
Looking for VP banking ops
Need a senior Banking person from 3rd Party set-ups with a larger share of wallet than us in FSI- Retail practice, focused multi-geo exposure incl major markets like US/ ANZ, coming from a pedigree of:
- Worked in a MNC Bank in a commercial banking role and then moved to a BPO setup
- Worked in a Tier 1 BPO, in a combination role of solutions/ops and little overview of transitions
- Worked in a sales role(onsite) and then moved into operations role in India
Ours will be a portfolio level responsibility where in the person will hold gravitas & can command respect and work aggressively to grow our retail banking unit to 2.0 level.
