With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned finance professionals for their setup in Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Tax (APAC & EMEA), your specific responsibilities would include:

- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for the group and regular updates

- Review of margins to ensure that the group transfer pricing policy is correctly operated between group companies

- Ensure ongoing compliance with legislation

- Managing all tax audits including coordination with finance and outside advisors

- In addition, you would be required to advise on transfer pricing aspects

- Due diligence work and Internal restructures

The Successful Candidate - You should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience. Practical experience gained in the field of transfer pricing and a working knowledge of international tax issues - direct tax, indirect tax & transfer pricing. In addition, experience in Statutory Audits, Direct Stakeholder management is key. You should be Open to traveling and working with tax teams in different geographies and across international business units.
