JOB PURPOSE

The person will play a key role in undertaking research and consulting assignments in both business development (pitching to prospective clients, preparing proposals etc) as well as execution.

Responsibilities:

Analyse and research one or more of the F&A sectors as per allocation of coverage

Provide value chain and company analysis for credit applications, consulting and corporate advisory projects.

Respond to information requests and research global and regional market trends in collaboration with the global FAR teams.

Develop and maintain information resources relating to India.

Establish information sharing networks with industry associations, government departments and major companies.

Prepare and present thought leadership at important seminars, private and public sector events and media.

Meet the Bank's core clients and be an effective partner at CEO level on sector developments and company strategies

Generate ideas to develop more business for the bank

Requirements:

MBA from premier B-Schools or PGDM in Agribusiness management

Eight to thirteen years of work experience in food or agribusiness / or financial institution /banking / research / consulting, handling F&A clients
