About our Client : Our client is a leading MNC in the financial services space having a diverse product offering. India has been identified as a key center for them and is now looking to strengthen their team with a VP/AVP of Regulatory Reporting based out of Delhi NCR

Job Description: Reporting to the Director, you would be responsible for handling a sizable team and reporting back to the regulators. In addition you would be responsible for:

- Ensuring that all regulatory reporting to the regulators is timely and accurate

- Leading a sizable team managing end-to-end production of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) and regulatory reporting

- Managing the accuracy of the data delivered and ensuring that the timelines for various reports are met

- Providing advice to the business on all issues relating to regulatory reporting, including new products/transactions

- Liaising with key stakeholders regarding regulatory returns

The Successful Candidate:

- You would be a Qualified Accountant with at least 10+ years of experience within Financial Services.

- Experience working within a global financial institution is a must for the role.

- Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting (Basel / PRA / Bank of England), RWA analysis and strong experience in different accounting standards would be required.

- You should be managing a team in the current role and have strong people-leadership skills
