VP/AVP - Medical Professional - Client Services Training Initiatives - Healthcare BPO (6-25 yrs)

We have a Suitable Senior Vacancy as AVP/VP-Training with our clients who are a professionally managed, rapidly growing MNC Healthcare BPO catering to the needs of US Hospitals, Physicians and HealthCare industry. Job Profile: Our clients have been growing and scaling their business quite rapidly. The Clinical Services Training Leader will play a critical strategic role in enabling this growth.

Key Deliverables

1.Provide clinical expertise in designing training curriculum, content, assessments - build curriculum for new service offerings and continually upgrade existing training curriculum;

2.Ensure business objectives are met - performance of new associates are meeting client and business outcomes (example: productivity, quality/accuracy, compliance, client/physician & patient satisfaction)

3.Be the face of our client's training (clinical) expertise when interacting with clients/physicians

4.Collaborate with solutions, operations and training teams to define a scalable talent model for Clinical services. Work with product development, operations and recruitment teams to build efficient and effective talent models

5.Work with training team to up-skill and ensure high caliber of clinical expertise in the training team (trainers);

6.Share relevant industry journals, literature, articles, conferences/forums etc. with entire clinical; services team to build deep understanding of US healthcare industry;

7.Help design and build continual learning programs that build clinical expertise across teams and levels in the organization;

8.This is an individual contributor role or perhaps will have one or two direct reports for content creation

Candidate Profile: MBBS (preferably MD). Necessarily needs to be a doctor who has working experience in US hospitals

1. US Clinical experience preferably in ambulatory practice with over 5 years of direct practice

2. Internist or family practice is a preferred specialty

3. Good understanding of how clinics operate - patient and physician/provider workflows

4.Good understanding of trends in clinical practice, specialties

5. Ability to provide both strategic direction and be hands on when designing and building training programs

6.Experience in a multicultural national or global organization is strongly preferred.

7. Proven ability to partner and collaborate with other functions to understand business needs; in a multi-geography operating environment

8.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

9. Ability to interact with the executive leadership.

10.Results-driven within the context of a collaborative team environment.
