VP/AVP/Manager/DM - Plant & Sales HR - Pharma (5-20 yrs)

One of our leading Manufacturing and Pharma company in Bangalore is looking for HR professionals at various levels.

The requirement is very urgent.

Planning and Budgeting:

- Provide inputs to aid preparation of human resources vision, strategy and budgets in order to ensure effective implementation of the HR strategy of the organization

Manpower planning and staffing:

- Monitor manpower utilization, maintain employee profiles, plan manpower requirements for the year, plan recruitment activities if required, aid in planning manpower movement in order to manage manpower costs and effectively deploy manpower.

Training:

- Identify behavioral training needs of employees, nominate staff for various programs to be conducted in order to meet devt. needs of employees. Facilitating and coordinating all technical training programmes. Preparation of the Training Plan and MIS

Industrial / Employee Relations and Statutory Compliance:

- Maintain cordial relationship with all, evaluate and maintain grievance redressal mechanisms in the organization, ensure adherence to statutory acts and agreements on any issue with workmen in order to act as a bridge between management & workmen in resolving all cases of dispute, represent management in legal cases

Compensation:

- Review and implement employee welfare/benefit schemes, facilitate functioning of various benefit managing committees and forums, provide inputs for formalizing HR policies in order to ensure adherence to reward strategy and to ensure accuracy in employee compensation.

Performance Management:

- Implement performance management system and policies in order to achieve performance management system objectives

Review & Reporting:

- Review implementation & effectiveness of Site - HR operations, report progress and budgets vs. actuals in order to ensure effective implementation of the HR strategy of the organization

Internal Communication:

- Communicate HR policies to employees, Communicate employee concerns to management, administer HRIS in order to fulfill organizations HR information needs and to aid internal communication.

Administration:

- Administration of Security, Canteen, Employee Transport and Laundry services in the plant

Specific knowledge / Additional proficiency:

- Excellent leadership skill

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) - Kannada Language a must

- Good interpersonal skills

- Right attitude & work temperament

- Exposure in SAP functionality would be preferred

- MS office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint presentation)
