Job Description - Exciting opportunity for a seasoned FP&A professional with a leading Financial Services Organization.

Client Details :

Our client is a leading Global Financial Institution headquartered in the US and are currently looking to hire an experienced finance professional to manage FP&A for their global operations based out of Gurgaon.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you would be broadly managing - Financial planning & analysis, Direct Tax and Treasury. Your key responsibilities will include :

FP&A and Pricing :

- Financial planning (both annual and 3 year strategic). Spearhead management of key metrics with the respective functional leaders and keep a close eye on the financial performance.

- Work closely with Global financial planning leader and shall have cross functional dependencies and deliveries.

- Preparing & Reviewing of MIS Reports.
- Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine variation between budget & actual and taking corrective action.

Income Tax :

- Manage the tax strategy and direct tax compliance's. Uphold the tax strategy and approach along with managing on-going appeal/litigation's in progress.

- Transfer Pricing strategy w.r.t. all international services

Treasury :

- Management of funds and managing treasury returns within the laid group guidelines

Profile :

- Qualified CA (2001 - 2005) with a strong academic background.

- 12 + years experience in FP&A within an MNC (Not in a client delivery / shared services environment).

- High commercial acumen gained from working in partnership with the business to help it achieve its objectives.

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and networks to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization.

- Cultural sensitivity and exposure to Global diversities.
