VP/AVP - Financial Due Diligence - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)
One of our client, a SME Lending firm for Real Estate, is looking to hire for below role:
Job Profile:
- Understanding of Commercial matters (pertaining to Real Estate Projects – Preferable)
- Responsible for financial due diligence, legal documentations (Shareholders Agreement, Investment Agreements, conveyance etc- with the help of Legal Team).
- Monitoring of Accounts/Real estate projects, project accounting, commercial matters, construction contract administration etc
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication Skills – Both Verbal and Written
- Excellent MS office and Excel Skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent Documentation Skills
Designation: AVP/ VP
Qualifications: CA – Preferred, MBA, Post Graduate Qualification in Finance
Experience: 5-7 Years
