VP/Associate Director - Compliance - Treasury

Job Description:

- Experience in handling compliance of a proprietary trading desk with through knowledge of SEBI regulations relating to broking, depository and clearing mechanism for all types of products traded on Exchanges in India.

- Experience in handling compliance of a proprietary trading desk with through knowledge of SEBI/RBI regulations relating to trading and clearing mechanism for all types of money market and fixed income products (including - G-Sec, SBLO, CPs, CDs, etc.).

- In addition, knowledge of trading in various International Stock Exchanges viz., LSE, NASDAQ, DGCX, SGX, etc shall be an added advantage.

- Ability to interpret and apply laws/rules to practical situations, self starter, process oriented and organised.

- Supervising compliance of the company's proprietary trading business unit and laying out Compliance framework to be followed by Business Group and assisting them in resolution of important/critical compliance issue.

Preferred Education :CA/CS and LLB (Preferred).
