About our Client - Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region. They are embarking on the next stage of the development of their Captive Centre in Delhi NCR. As part of their growth, they are looking to hire a senior analytics professional at VP level as part of their retail banking analytics team supporting global geographies. They are looking for an analytics professionals with experience in risk or marketing analytics to lead and grow their team based in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into Head of Retail Banking Analytics, you would be working on marketing analytics and reporting to support retail banking for global geographies. You would also be responsible to lead a team of 10-12 qualified professionals working on marketing analytics, sales analytics and business intelligence etc. You would be working closely with global business stakeholders to develop cutting edge solutions and help organization stay ahead of the competition offerings.

The Successful Candidate - You should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, Economics or Statistics from a premier institute.

- You should have over 12 Years of relevant experience working in analytics with a financial institution or consulting firm.

- Strong exposure to Analytics tools and frameworks like SAS, SQL etc. with a proven track record of engaging senior leadership in a multicultural performance driven environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
