Vice President

Job Responsibilities:

- Be a key member of the senior leadership team and play a role in defining strategic direction of the group

- Be accountable for the success of the entire group in addition to one’s direct area of responsibility

- Make talent management an everyday priority; Champion talent management across division

- Ensure resource optimization for projects and areas

- Continually use networking skills to leverage all parts of firm’s businesses to enhance the working environment within your group and across the division

- Communicate with peers to maintain full understanding of entire group

- High level of understanding of the business

- Ability to successfully manage relationship with senior leaders in Decision Management and Partner Businesses

Purpose of the role:

- Own business partner relationships from the senior-most levels downwards

- Set analytics agenda with business partners

- To lead teams of analysts, sr. analysts, managers and AVP or VPs in the design and execution of business analytics projects and processes

- Coordinate work and establish communication processes, as well as, with business partners

- Be the face in high visibility business meetings

Key relationships:
Manager, Direct reports and their Teams, Peers, Business partners and Decision Management leaders.

Technical/business knowledge, experience, and skills:

- Extensive business knowledge and experience in retail banking, consumer lending or credit cards in the business management, marketing, product management, analytics or risk management disciplines

- Financial Modeling and Statistical Analysis

Non-technical knowledge, experience, and skills:

- Strong strategic thinking ability

- Ability to plan and think ahead in anticipation of environmental shifts

- Flexible attitude and openness to new ideas

- Ability to command respect across the organization based on professionalism and expertise

- Quick learner of new technologies and business functions

- Strong presentation and influencing skills with senior management and colleagues

- Articulate speaker with motivational leadership abilities

Educational requirements:
MBA from premier Institute

Language requirements:
High impact communication and influencing skills in English with regard to speaking, reading and writing
