A large Global MNC requires a Head - Administration & Office Services for its Shared Services, IT & Consulting Divisions.  Role: VICE PRESIDENT - OFFICE SERVICES (ADMINISTRATION) - HOD Level  Location : Gurgaon (Would prefer candidates from Bangalore / Mumbai etc willing to relocate)  Company : This is a part of a large Global MNC with a Total Employee Strength in India of 12000 employees spread across 4 locations in India & a few International Locations  Reporting to: Global Head based outside India & the India CEO  Responsibilities  Lead an approximately 100-person team & make sure they work optimally as a team  End to responsibility of Administration  Complete Responsibility for areas like Security, Transportation, all administrative outsourced vendors that impact employees  Thought Leader & Speaker in National & International Conferences  Complete Liaison activities with all Government Bodies, Authorities, The Police & every regulatory body.  Person  20 - 25 years of relevant experience, preferably someone from a metro city OUTSIDE Delhi / NCR  The Person should be an extremely reputed professional in the Industry having served with large MNC's in a National & Global role. CANDIDATE WHO IS HEADING ADMINISTRATION FOR A COMPANY WITH EMPLOYEE STRNGH OF AT LEAST 8000+ employees NEED ONLY APPLY  A person with Best in class Leadership & Interpersonal skills.
