VP/AD - Reference Data Management

Currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the role of VP/ Associate director Data Management, KPO.

Mentioned below is the brief spec for the requirement:

Location : Mumbai ( also anywhere in India )

Experience : 15 - 25 yrs

MUST haves : Any Masters

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Should be experienced in engagement management/ service delivery, quality, MIS reporting, etc. preferably in Securities Data Management Operations / experience of working in live market activities for captives. Very good understanding on Reference and Market Data. Knowledge on Pricing would be handy

- Should have experience in managing large to mid-sized teams (above 60-70)

- The candidate must be proficient in Office productivity tools (MS Office)

- Needs to have experience in managing international customers (from a service delivery perspective)

- Experience in operational excellence initiatives such as Six Sigma, ISO 9000 etc. desirable

- Persuasive and clear presentation skills in English

- Clear, competent, professional written communication in English, including the ability to write compelling responses to formal client requests, create well-structured sales presentations, etc.

- Flexible, able to work under pressure, determination to succeed, mature approach, keen to learn, etc.

- Excellent Communication Skills (Oral and Written English).

- Should be willing to work late shifts if required.
