About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Financial Institution with strong presence across Europe and APAC region with their global shared services center in India supporting operations, technology, finance and analytics for global geographies. As part of their strategic expansion in India, they are looking for a senior professional as a Director to be part of their global re-engineering and transformation team driving optimization and business improvement strategies across multiple geographies working with business heads and other senior stakeholders.

Job Description :

- You would be part of the newly created transformation team and work as an internal consultant for various businesses globally driving optimization and business improvement strategies.

- Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving large scale re-engineering and transformation projects across diverse functions such as sales, finance, operations, technology, HR, etc.

- You would need to build effective relationships to identify opportunities and to manage and grow the team.

The Successful Candidate :

- MBA from Tier-1 B School with at least 10 to 15 years experience in a consulting or transformation role

- Strong Stakeholder Management Experience across global geographies

- Strong Process Orientation with very good understanding of financial services operations

- Proven track record of success in a consulting role

- Ideal candidate would have a strong process re-engineering experience working on tools like Lean and Six Sigma and would be able to travel globally working on large scale projects.
