VP - Accounts/HR & IT (15-20 yrs)
The India leader is responsible for a team of approximately 100+ people, charged with delivery of Accounting, HR, and IT Infrastructure services to Indian subsidiary on behalf of the global company.
The India leader manages an aggregate annual cost center of approximately US $35 million, which he charges to. The India leader serves as the primary point-of-contact to the Global Organization, responsible for all cost, quality, and service measures associated with day-to-day delivery of Accounting, HR, and IT Infrastructure services, while also participating in business planning activities to ensure sufficient resources and capabilities are in place to support the company's growth plans.
The candidate for this role must have hands on experience in Quality
This is a senior level position - which is a part of Leadership team in India and reports to global team.
