VP - Account Management - Insurance Analytics - Machine Learning

Looking for Leaders leading large teams in Insurance analytics with exposure towards Advanced Analytics, Machine learning in general insurance domain.this is purely a leadership role who will be responsible for handling 100+ member team and C level Clients.

Job Description:

Account Management : The incumbent will be responsible to lead the Analytic business for leading Insurance provider. Manage the P&L grow the business consistently & profitably to achieve an organisation Growth

People Management: Should have considerable experience in managing large analytics teams (100+ members)

Client management: Should have experience in managing clients, multiple stakeholders and engage proactively to ensure best in class service delivery and identify farming opportunities.

Engage with internal stakeholders, existing and new clients to understand their requirements and translate these into a solution framework.

Must Have :

15 to 18 years of experience with exposure to various functions within insurance company

Ability to undertake drill down analysis of key business problems and interpret results, generate insights and recommend strategies

data preparation and build statistical models using SAS / R /other statistical tools

Excellent written and oral communication skills
