VJRQ : Area Manager  Job Description:  - Voylla.com, India's fastest growing Jewelry & Accessories Brand is looking for a Area Sales Manager. The job responsibility will include market research with latest in-trend designs in jewelry & accessories, category planning at sub-category and design level, curate designs, manage category/sub-category level P&L, recruit new Designers, Manufacturers, Export Houses, and Fashion Houses to procure latest trends in jewelry & accessories, analyze fast moving products, and manage relationship with existing suppliers.  - The Manager will own the product portfolio from procurement to sale, including but not limited to analyzing the right quantity to buy, negotiating best prices, planning promotions, and ensuring the desired sell-through rate is achieved. The Manager will select the merchandise from the designer portfolio based on latest trends and market research, creating a great selection for our customers.  Required Skills :  - Planning, implementing and monitoring all Sales, Logistics and Commercial Functional efficiencies for desired realization within the assigned territory, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory.  - Sales budgeting, Distribution planning, Manpower planning and team development by sales training and capability enhancement of sales force.  - Planning and execution of the sales and distribution strategy for the region. Launching new products and formulate strategy for its growth  - Sales promotion & product promotion activities across the cluster.  - Should be responsible for three Sales functions Traditional Trade, Modern Trade.  - Planning and execution of Trade Activation initiatives as like Sampling, In Shop Merchandising and Retail and Modern Trade Activations.  - Responsible for formulation, budgeting, managing and achieving sales targets and budgets.  - Analyze & Review the territorial achievements and respective growths on a timely basis to define the benchmarks and course corrections.  - To Plan, Allocate & Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage & Merchandising for support in Business development initiatives.  - Scheme formulation within budgeted parameters and execution of the same in the market  - 8-12 years of experience  - Instrumental in scaling up business, should be good in planning and execution.  - Previous experience of handling volumes and large businesses is must.  - Responsible for ROI of region  - People leadership, Process orientation and resource management.
