JD for Sales Manager:

Voylla.com, India's largest online fashion jewellery brand needs Sales Manager for its Services division engaged in providing end to end solution (photoshoot, cataloging, technology integration etc) for sellers on different marketplaces like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon etc.

Sales Manager will share senior management vision in building seller awareness and engagement strategies to get more sellers using Voylla's services.

Sales Manager Job Duties:

- Gets new seller leads for photoshoot, cataloging and technology integration services offered by Voylla

- Converts the received leads from marketplaces

- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Establishes and adjusts Voylla's rate cards by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Interact with the account managers, technology team and management for executing projects and devise strategies.

Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications: 5+years

- MBA from reputed college

- 3+ Years of Experience in Sales

- Excellent communication skills

- Effective negotiation skills

- Excellent in devising sales planning strategies and building relationships

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point

- Excellent analytical and prioritization skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations

- Passion to work in a start-up environment with a motive to deliver best customer experience
