Developing and maintaining Program Master Schedule.

Review and analyze Consultants and Contractors Baseline Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and critical path.

Establishing and maintaining the WBS, activity, coding and resource libraries for the Program.

Developing and implementing Programs Scheduling systems, standards, progress measurement and reporting.

Identify the major milestones to be attained through the Program/Projects completion for multiple projects.

Developing Schedule Plans, Procedures and Guidelines.

Oversee project/proposal/construction schedule, performs special analysis for resource loading and performance progress.

Review and advise of on schedules, analysis of baseline schedule and schedule updates, monitoring of schedule delays.

Tracking of contract changes, analysis of time extension requests, analysis of stage changes, analysis of value engineering impacts and analysis of claims under the direction of Head IPD.

Provides basic support in the areas of project controls, scheduling, scheduling analysis, earned value management, claim analysis and construction activities in support of the Program.

Preparing Monthly Schedule updates/reports and Contributing in preparation of Monthly Executive Reports.

Resource allocation, Preparing Man-hours / Deliverables planned histogram.

Earned Value Management, Cost Loading, Preparing Cash Flow.

Undertake quality and quantified risk analyses of the projects and proposals and advice on solutions.

Experience Required:

- 5-8 years of experience as Program Scheduler / Controller

Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil) Engineer, MBA with PMP /PMI Certification / Primavera / MS Project
