- Taking the lead on the recruitment life cycle of delegated SBU's by working to short-list and pre-screen suitable candidates.
- Delivering end to end recruitment with best practice standards.
- Work as part of the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Provide market knowledge and expertise of talent acquisition process and strategies.
- Responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely data on a real time basis.
- Optimizing job postings and screening questions for marketability for both internal and external positions.
- Helping to ensure a positive experience for the candidate.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience in Infrastructure / Civil engineering PMC is desired.
- Comfortable communicating with staff and candidates of different levels.
- Strong team-orientation.
-Sound knowledge of technical/infrastructure recruitment.
- A flexible and proactive approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
