The job opening is with a MNC Automotive Sales Organization.  - The Incumbent should be capable of providing support and guidance to Dealers on all the operational issues.   - He should be familiar with all various processes involved in running the workshop such as opening job card, ordering spares, tools & equipment's required for workshop, various safety norms for workshop, how to handle the customers in a professional manner.   - He should have a broad knowledge of all areas of After sales which will be important for customers to have uniform After Sales Experience at Dealerships.   - Must be customer centric know the details of JD Power customer satisfaction surveys  - Guide Dealer Manpower on various company systems functionality ( Eg. - Elsa, Etka, VTO, CCMS etc.).  - Guide Dealer on Technical issues and solicit help from technical managers for prompt resolution.  - Assist Dealer in generating more revenue adhering to company guidelines/Policies  - Guide Dealer in handling customer complaints and avoid escalations to Top management.   - Hand holding Dealer for implementing Service Core Processes and ensuring 100% adherence.  - To guide / coach Dealer Team on CSS reports and action planning for improvement.  - Conduct On Job Training related to Customer handing / SCP and Repeat Repair  - Improve Technical Quality by timely nominations of Training programs   - Help dealer in establishing Spare parts ordering system and controlling Inventory of Parts & Accessories.  - Regularly review the dealership's Technical campaigns penetration and make improvement plans
