Desired technical skills (must have) :

- Must have IT Service Selling experience in a ""hunter"" sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account must possess decision maker/influencer contacts

- Prior experience in selling IT Services in software area is a big plus

- Possess superior client facing skills; strong ability to understand customer problem and needs and relate the same with solutions

- Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/analyzing corporate and market information

- Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms

- Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model and the associated pricing structures prevalent in the industry

- Ability to work independently and travel is must

Nice to have skills :

- Gain proficiency in firm's internal processes and procedures

- Engage in other miscellaneous initiatives as they arise (a must with our fast-growing firm)

Package range : "$60K-65K USD - Base Salary + Commission"

Job description :

- Prospecting, identifying & closing new business

- Attain established sales/revenue goals

- Coordinate sales efforts with our marketing and sales support organizations

- Build a well-balanced pipeline of opportunities

- Close opportunities in region generated by Marketing, Partner Relations, and Direct Sales lead generation efforts

- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM and internal communication systems

- Manage Sales Channels and reps required.

- Requires Travel 40%
