MyOperator is seeking a tech-savvy Instructional Designer with experience in eLearning development, assessment writing, and video capture/ support core business training.  The Instructional Design team is responsible for driving high-quality training content for MyOperator employees, partners, and clients located across the globe. This includes creating an engaging process and tool content, including instructor-led training, eLearning and self-paced learning, virtual classroom design, building toolkits, study guides, and performance support aids for all MyOperator features. You will be responsible for working with SMEs to develop and make modifications to training modules, creating/updating knowledge and performance assessments.  Responsibilities:  The Instructional Designer will conduct needs analysis and needs assessment with the business/function leadership to identify individual and organisational learning and development needs.  Determine appropriate methods of instructional design for both instructor-led and e-learning programs.  Lead the collaboration on content, design, and delivery with SMEs projects managers, and others as requested/required to produce sound instructional materials in accordance with solid instructional principles, current research, business objectives, and learning objectives.  Design and develop materials to support both facilitators and participants in various delivery channels, including eLearning, virtual instructor-led and traditional classroom training by applying adult learning theories.  Create training storyboards, eLearning courseware, participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids and performance support deliverables as requested or required to support learning objective.  Requirments:   At least 2 years- experience in an Instructional Design role with a focus on training development.  Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.  Demonstrated ability to create assessments based on learning and performance.  Salary Offered : 10-15 LPA
