Role Purpose:  - Position is responsible for O&M of Transmission, BSS & OFC network of circle. Responsible for corrective & preventive actions.  - Responsible for planning & execution of O&M activities.   - Responsible for development of team. Responsible for resource management. Responsible for Disaster management.   - Responsible for VVIP visits management. Responsible for network expansion activities.  Key Accountabilities:  Strategic:  - Planning of O&M Manpower resources.  - Planning of O&M spares & Test equipments requirement.  - Movement of Material & Manpower resources for specific assigned task   Operational:  - Resolution of corrective Maintenance Issues.  - Resolution of Preventive maintenance issues.  - Resolution of Spares issues  - Resolution of problems in coordination with TX, OMCR & EF department.  - Monitoring of network failures.  - Analysis of network failures.  - Planning & execution of task short projects assigned.  Developmental:  - Development of Process & Projects for O&M.  - Coaching of team members for development of technical & managerial aspects of O&M.  - Attending training programmes for updating knowledge.   - Participating in field work for getting on-job training.  Key Deliverables:  - O&M of MW, BSS & OFC to maintain network uptime more than 99.95%.  - Resolution of critical, reoccurring problems of network.  - Interaction with Vendors for resolution of system related problems.  - Knowledge up gradation & development of O&M team to cater O&M of expanding network.   - Planning & Implementation of Special task as per requirement  Key Skills Required:  - Bachelor of Engineering - Electronics & Telecommunication Engg.  - 3 to 6 yrs Experience in handling O&M of BSS, TX & OFC network.  - Should be dynamic & quick decision maker.  - Manpower (employee + Contract staff) management.  - Resource management  - Disaster management  - 24X7 availability
