The position is responsible for fulfilling the resourcing requirements for all positions for the Circle, The position is responsible for performing full life cycle recruiting and maintaining excellent working relations with hiring managers, candidates and all resourcing partners.

Support in building a strong employer proposition for Vodafone.

Support in the development of a cost effective and relevant sourcing strategy basis business requirements and market trends.

Advise hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection.

Develop a thorough understanding of all roles and functions within the organization and use that understanding to help candidates select Vodafone as a preferred recruiter.

Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate and future requirements.

Be informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in best in class recruiting practices.

Ensure strong drive around Gender Diversity - Buy point of view - improve the women representation in all bands, strengthen headhunting, Executive Trainee process to bring out more overall women population

Leverage online recruiting resources and referrals to identify and recruit the best talent for Vodafone.

Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position.

Prescreen candidates.

Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.

Interview all candidates using behavioral based interviewing methodologies.

Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, candidates and other team members to create partnerships that yield success, predictable results and credibility.

Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source candidates through referrals and other alternate channels of resourcing.

Work with all members in the team to implement resourcing plans and activities.
