Role purpose:   To maximise the delivery of profitable revenue in Vodafone Global Enterprise's accounts, through the leadership, base management, and motivation of the team.  To manage and run a team of highly motivated and skilled senior sales resources managing top and most precious VGE accounts headquartered in the circle.  Deliver the best in class customer experience with a high NPS score. Work closely with corporate and global teams, creating a seamless and uniform experience for customers across countries & circles.  Key accountabilities and decision ownership   - Deliver Revenue growth target in line with the DB in India  - Accountable for growth and business development from SAM accounts  - Building high performance teams capable of transformational conversation across customer communities  - C - Level Customer stakeholder engagement and escalation contact for all customer experience related issues at circle  - Engagement with the GAM community and various circles to deliver the VGE revenue growth within India ( HQ and NHQ)  Core competencies, knowledge and experience :  - Experience in managing a dynamic sales team   - Experience in managing large multinational accounts in selling enterprise solutions & excellent C level connect  - Experience in complex change management and operating in a matrix, fast moving and technical environment.   - Team leader, strong influencing skills and ability to drive senior team resources, customer centric.   - Strong communication and conflict management skills   - Ability to multitask  - Good knowledge of mobility, fixed and other communication technologies, technical sales background preferable
