Base Management and U&R:
- KBI tracking - accurate and timeline performance reporting and analysis of Business KBIs
- Achieve ARPU target as per Budget - Gross & Net ARPU
- Service penetrations as %age of base (Unique Users) as per agreed plan
- RPM Monitoring across segments
- Churn Prediction Model usage and delivery to Service teams - COCP & IOIP
- Achievement of the target set for U&R as percentage of revenue as per DB guidance
- Monitoring and Measurement of U&R activities across IOIP and COCP base
- Effective channel management and adoption - new digital channels vis-à-vis intrusive channels like telecalling etc
New Product Revenues:
- Understand all products beyond mobility end to end.
- Help the Account Managers and Solution Teams with GTM for the same as per corporate guidance
- Monitor, track revenues on a monthly basis and do course corrections to over achieve on these revenues
Tariff evaluation across Segments:
- Working with segment teams to customize tariff plans
- Manage Marginal ARPU to have a healthy portfolio
- Track ARPA - Average Revenue per Account
- Review and measure delivery against the signed business cases on a quarterly basis
Processes understanding and driving execution of the same across all products and solutions:
- Complete understanding of ALL products and their processes
- Ensuring that the Account teams have relevant information - pitch presentations, brochures, commercial information and training across all products
- Evangelising the B2B business internally and coordinating with the consumer team on any communication activity
- Lead Management across all media and measuring the same
